Set up the chairs into two equal-numbered chair circles, one on the inside and one on the outside. Be sure that the chairs line up so that they face each other and are far enough apart to sit facing the other person comfortably but close. As the group enters the room, let them sit anywhere in one of the two circles. Once everyone has arrived, hand out the following questions or put on powerpoint. Everyone has to answer them to the person sitting directly in front of them. At the bell or buzzer or whatever noise, (about two minutes) have the outer circle shift two seats to the left. Then they answer the same questions again with the next person. This continues until you decide that both generations have talked to each other in this small talk crowdbreaker enough. Some good questions are: If I could smash one thing and one thing only, it would be... The last time I zany was... My favorite room in my house is ....because... The greatest value in my life at the moment is...
